What we did:
We were approached to create a brand for a prestigious housing development in Leigh-on-Sea comprising of 4, 6 and 7 bedroom houses. The new development also required a marketing campaign that would support the development’s upmarket positioning.
Having named the development itself and designed an accompanying brand, our next challenge was to create marketing assets which would lure affluent city dwellers to the seaside town. Our approach wasn’t to market the properties themselves, but to sell the Leigh ‘lifestyle’ through high-end brochures, direct mail postcards and newspaper advertising, all of which drove traffic to an engaging, solution-rich website. From generating the CGI of the properties, through to the professional photography used in the directory brochure, every aspect of this project was delivered with the audience in mind.
